A refund is only made in exceptional circumstances.
If become partner dentists determine that you are not a suitable candidate, or if they are unable to treat your case due to medical concerns, we will refund your payment for the Impression Kit in full.
Or if you had chosen to pay for the Treatment Plan upfront during the Scan session, you will be eligible for a 100% refund if you are not satisfied with the final Treatment Plan.
If you have received a defective or damaged product, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request a replacement.
Unfortunately, as we are unable to reuse any of the impression materials in the Impression Kit for anyone else, we do not accept any returns. Once the Impression Kit order has been processed, it cannot be refunded. Should you have any questions with regards to your order, please contact us at email@example.com.
